My newborn sessions are designed with simplicity and elegance in mind, focusing on neutral tones and classic setups. Soft baskets, cosy bowls, delicate blankets, and wraps are thoughtfully selected to create timeless images that highlight your baby’s natural beauty. I also have a charming collection of tiebacks, hats, and a few adorable outfits available for you to use, adding a personalised touch to your photos.

While the ideal age for a newborn session is between 2-3 weeks, older babies are always welcome—every stage is precious! Whether your little one is peacefully sleeping or wide-eyed with curiosity, we’ll capture stunning images that celebrate their unique personality.

You can view examples of our newborn sessions below to get a feel for the serene and heartfelt moments we aim to create.

The best time to secure your newborn session is after your 20-week scan, especially if you’d prefer a Saturday slot—those fill up quickly! Don’t worry if your baby arrives early or later than expected; we’ll adjust and find a date that works perfectly for you.

A Relaxed and Baby-Led Experience

Our sessions are entirely baby-led, ensuring a calm and stress-free environment for both you and your little one. You’re welcome to pause anytime for feeds or cuddles, and we have everything you need on-site: changing facilities, kitchen, and toilet. There’s also a convenient car park located right behind the studio.

Your baby’s comfort is always our top priority, and together, we’ll create beautiful memories to cherish forever.

the Process

 

1.select the collection

 

Check out the package options, choose your date/time and send a booking enquiry. Add any notes or questions you'd

like to ask.

 

 

2.I confirm the session

 

Once I've confirmed your booking, you will receive an email asking you to confirm and then pay a deposit. This will need to be paid within 48 hours to reserve your date.

 

 

3.Session day

 

On the day of your session, please arrive on time. If you're running late let me know by replying to your booking email. There's a car park behind the studio,

in Queen Street.

 

 

4.Delivering photos

 

After your session I go through all your images, select the best ones based on expression and composition - these are then edited. They will be uploaded to your own password protected gallery for you to download.
